let them fix me uh huh.

it's soo damn cold still. narrowly avoided massive ice storms this weekend, damn! i was hoping for the worst, i always do whenever inclement weather strikes. yeah, the roads got kinda bad, but i was hoping the store would have closed and i could have stayed home all day on monday drinking and watching the telly.
i am currently at the store. came by to grab my tips. they were decent i guess. miss the holiday moneys. i am having an americano, probably have had too much caffeine already, c'est la vie. two days off in a row. was meant to get a new ID today, have no idea where i lost my old one. alas, i slept too late, and puttered around the house a bit too much today. got pretty tipsy last night. went to greg's new place for a game of monopoly w/ greg, ericka, robert, and greg's roommate andrew. it was fun, but i forgot how much i hate that game once houses start to go up and you totally get raped on rent. we called it done around midnight. had robert drop me off at the chat room where i had a way too strong well whiskey and coke (kentucky deluxe, i hate you). diana and dave mayer were playing some word jumble search game online. i stood around and helped for a bit, finished my drink and decided to walk the 2 blocks home. i had not eaten much at all, so i made a box of kraft mac and cheese finished off with a healthy blast of this stuff stirred up in it. delicious. i ate the entire bowl. ugh. i paid for it with nightmares of which i can not recall now.

i made a delicious omelet today. sauteed onions and portabella and bacon white cheddar w/ a side of crispy home fried potatoes with tons of iced coffee. i have yet to figure out how to flip an omelet properly, so i had to finish it off in the broiler. i ended up catching my oven mitt on fire for a brief moment. the finshed product was not all too pretty, but damn tasty i must say.

i am going to sit up here for a bit longer before i head back downtown to grab a few beers before i board the train to Dtown.


i get my haircut thursday!!
